The Space
TnT Family Farm Guest House is a private guest house on a nonsmoking property (e-cigarettes & vaping also prohibited). The space consists of a spacious open area fully furnished with a king size sleep number bed, full size sofa sleeper, large six-drawer dresser, matching book shelf and end tables, sofa, and dinette. No need to leave your animal friends behind - dogs and cats are welcome here - house rules and some restrictions apply.
Guests can store belongings in a full walk in closet, refresh from the travel day in the full bath, and refuel in our galley kitchen equipped with basic dishes and cookware, two burners, microwave oven and toaster oven. Staying a few days? Stock the full size refrigerator with your favorite foods. Guests can purchase farm fresh eggs during their stay and citrus fruit is seasonally available. We also sell a variety of home-canned jams, chutneys and marmalade.

Guest Access
Enjoy your own private access and space. The guest house is entirely yours with the exception of the attached garage. Relax under the cottonwood tree while your friendly dogs play in the shared yard and you enjoy the goats grazing at pasture. The property is watered with flood irrigation - if the outdoor amenities are important to you please check with hosts prior to booking.
Easy Interstate 60 & Loop 202 access. Close to Gateway Banner Hospital, AT Stil University, Superstition Springs & San Tan Village Malls, ASU Polytech, Phx / Mesa Gateway & Sky Harbor International Airports.
TnT Family Farm is gated. Guests are issued a unique gate code to ensure privacy and security.
Other Things to Note
TnT Family Farm Guest House is now equipped with wifi and swivel-mounted TV. Guests use their own subscription accounts (e.g. Netflix) for TV viewing.
